The meditation cushion, also called “zafu” in the Buddhist zen tradition, is much more than a simple accessory. It is the support of the person who meditates; the assistant who accompanies towards a state of receptivity and expansion of being.
That is why it is considered to be as important and noble as spiritual practice itself.
